On November 7 (Sat) and 8 (Sun), 2026, the neurodiversity exhibition "Minna no Nou Sekai 2026" (Our Brain Worlds 2026), organized by the Neurodiversity Project, will be held at Tokyo Portcity Takeshiba. Tamagawa University's Brain Science Institute and the JST CREST Self-Mirroring Twins project will take part, presenting the hands-on exhibit "Talking with Another Me" in the "Extension" area.
In this experience, an avatar closely resembling each visitor in both appearance and voice is generated on the spot from their voice and face photo, and visitors talk with it. Visitors can also talk with "in-between avatars" that gradually blend their own features with those of another person, and compare how these feel against their look-alike avatar.
The venue is Port Hall on the 1st floor of the Office Tower at Tokyo Portcity Takeshiba (a 4-minute walk from the North Exit of JR Hamamatsucho Station). Opening hours are 11:00–17:00 on November 7 and 10:00–17:00 on November 8, and admission is free. For details, please visit the official website of Minna no Nou Sekai 2026.
