Open Forum OF21 at RSJ2026 (September 1, Kanazawa)

On Tuesday, September 1, 2026, 13:00-15:00, we will hold Open Forum OF21, "A Future Living with Another Self: How Do Self-Mirroring Twins Support Our Behavior?", at the 44th Annual Conference of the Robotics Society of Japan (RSJ2026), Kakuma Campus, Kanazawa University. The venue is Room 114, Large Lecture Hall Building 2.

In the first half, Research Director Inamura will explain the overall aims of the project, and the principal collaborators will introduce the objectives and current status of each research area. In the second half, we welcome Prof. Tatsuhiko Inatani (Kyoto University), who has examined the relationship between advanced technology and society from a legal perspective, for a panel discussion.

This forum is open to everyone, not only researchers in robotics and AI. No specialist knowledge is required. Admission is free, and you are welcome to attend even if you are not registered for RSJ2026. Questions and comments from the floor will be received as public comments on the project and reflected in how we take the research forward.
